Concierge Medicine, also called retainer-based or patient-financed, the patients pay the doctor an annual Membership enrollment/retainer fee to be a part of a small group of people the doctor cares for personally. This fee is paid whether the patient sees the doctor or not. The patient has full access to the doctor. We do not charge for co-pays and other fees for in-office medical services that the insurance does not cover.

If you answered “No” to any of these questions, then you are like so many others who are frustrated with today’s healthcare industry.
Our medical model allows you to be seen by Dr. Coleman the same day, next day or if you are not able to make it to the office we will take care of your needs via telephone or telemedicine, and have a follow up visit at a time convenient to you. No more waiting weeks for an opening or for hours in the lobby, and no substitute healthcare practitioners (NPs or PAs).
We practice medicine only. We do not offer any cosmetic procedures such as Botox, hair removal, laser, or any other diagnostic testing.
Our focus is to provide medical care only without having any interest in income generating procedures.
All of Dr. Coleman’s patients have direct access to him all the time. You do not have to rely on “urgent care clinics” to be treated outside of office hours for non emergent medical issues.
