How many times can I be seen?
You may be seen as often as you like or need. There are no limitations to the number of visits over a month or year.
How long can I spend with the doctor at each visit?
In order to deal with all of your concerns, we attempt to give you as much time as you need. You can let us know when scheduling, the length of time you would like to spend with the doctor.
Will I be paying co-pays at my visits?
Not applicable to other medical services not provided by concierge medicine. You are still responsible for copays with other specialties.
Will my insurance pay for the enrollment fee?
The enrollment fee is separate from any fees paid to or by your insurance company. This is a separate fee for which the patient is personally responsible.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Concierge medicine is not a covered benefit by insurance. Your annual fee will cover all visits provided by Dr. Coleman. However insurance is recommended in order to cover any specialty visits, labs and other medical needs.
Will I ever be seen by a midlevel (NP or PA)?
No. You will only be seen by an MD.
